General Usage
The source code for all of our products is 100% GPL. Our WordPress themes are developed to work on a self-hosted WordPress website. You can download the WordPress software from wordpress.org. Each theme will receive automatic updates as long as the theme is installed and active.
Licensing
All of our WordPress themes are licensed under the GNU General Public License (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html). You are free to modify our products for personal or commercial websites. You can use them in as many projects as you like for any purpose.
Theme Support
Each purchase includes support services. Theme support involves helping you install, configure, and make small customizations to the theme. It does not cover creating significant customizations or adding new features. Use of fancy galleries, third-party plugins, jQuery sliders, etc., may cause conflicts in any WordPress theme. Therefore, it’s recommended to use popular WordPress plugins with fewer conflicts. We don’t provide support for any third-party plugins used with our themes.
Theme support is provided via support forum and email. We offer documentation and user-friendly support for any issues. If you have questions regarding our WordPress themes, you can contact us through our support forum or by email. Our support team is always ready to help you with any customization problems.
We assist with theme installation for users unfamiliar with installing and customizing WordPress themes. For this, we may require access to your website. We never save your access details and are not spammers or hackers. You can also change your passwords shortly after we assist you. If you receive any errors during theme installation, you can send us your access details, and we will install the theme on your server.
Warranty
All of our WordPress themes are guaranteed to work on the latest version of WordPress. We cannot guarantee functionality with all third-party plugins or components. AM Themes is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our WordPress themes.
Theme Compatibility
All of our WordPress themes are designed to function properly with the latest stable version of WordPress. It is our responsibility to keep the themes up-to-date and compatible with the latest WordPress versions. We cannot guarantee they will work properly on older WordPress installations. We also cannot guarantee compatibility with all third-party software and plugins or that the themes will function correctly after modifications to the code.
Price Changes
AM Themes reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price of a theme is a one-time fee as we don’t offer subscription-based pricing.
Refund Policy
We are confident our themes will work without issues and are here to assist with any problems. Due to the digital nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds for purchases. Our support team will work to resolve any issues you may face.
Taxes
AM Themes does not charge any direct or indirect taxes, and all product prices listed on the website are final.
